Data not fetched under specific circumstances when using retrieve/a

Under specific circumstances Uniface does not fetch the data from the database
when adding occurrences to the hit list using the Proc statement retrieve/a.

The problem can, for example, be replicated in the UDE when creating a Model
Diagram, which includes entities with inter-model relationships. When a diagram
is created for the (e.g.) Meta Dictionary DICT model then it will include one
entity, which includes all field from all entities defined in all the
application models.

The described issue (involving retrieve/a) can only be replicated when using
Uniface 8.4.06 + D609 (and higher), 9.2.03 + O303 (and higher), and 9.3.01 +
P104 (and higher).
