OWI: oGetWidget always returns widget handle of field from 1. occurrence

The oGetWidget function retrieves information about the widget instance
connected to the specified field.

Since the patch D407 it will however always return the information of the
widget instance connected to the field of the first occurrence instead of the
instance of the currently active occurrence. This problem only occurs when
using Uniface 8.4.04 + D407 (and higher) or when using any version of Uniface 9
(9.1.01 and higher).
