Uniface aborts with "9010 - Out of memory" while no memory was used.

A loop processing occurrences, in which an instance is created, can abort with
a "9010 - Out of memory" error even though no significant increase of memory
can be seen in Task Manager. This can happen when you create many instances
with "newinstance" without deleting them.
