V84: curoccvideo does not affect inner up entity painted with single occurrence

In Uniface versions previous to 8.4 the curoccvideo statement does not affect
an entity that is painted with a single occurrence, unless that entity is
painted as an up entity and the outer entity is painted with multiple
occurrences.

In Uniface 8.4 (and higher) the curoccvideo statement never affects an entity
that is painted with a single occurrence, but it will only work for entities
that are painted with multiple occurrences.
