Memory leak in proc tracing, $processinfo

Memory leak in proc tracing: each line traced leaks 64 bytes (USM_SMALL).
Introduce proc function $processinfo() for the purpose of getting information
about the current heap or stack size, to be used in proc tracing. Currently for
Solaris only, to be expanded to other platforms in future patches.
